Tiffany Yau is a social entrepreneur, author, TEDx speaker, community-builder, and dual-degree graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., M.S. Sociology & Nonprofit Leadership).

She is the Founder of Fulphil and also other social enterprises, including Project Shields, an emergency COVID-response initiative that has mass-produced over 150,000 face shields for front-line workers and vulnerable populations during the initial onset of the pandemic. Yau is also the co-founder of We Are Gen Z VC, which cultivates and funds the next generation of changemakers and entrepreneurs, and is a former Venture For America fellow..

She is the co-author of Build With Impact; Speak Money; and 21st Century Mindset.

Aditya Desai is a proven entrepreneur, builder, author, and current student at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and M.S. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.

Desai engaged with Fulphil s a curriculum development intern, project manager, and board member. He served as the founder at Grains, Grapes, and Vine, a technology-first marketplace and SaaS service for consumer packaged goods brands, most notably in the alcoholic beverage space. Desai recently founded a media studio, geared to incubate the growing influencer sales channel in the alcohol-related verticals. He is also an award-winning independent filmmaker, avid runner, and crypto-enthusiast in his free time.

Brooke McCormick is a marketing professional in the world of architecture and engineering. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in 2022 with a degree in Urban Studies and a minor in History. With stints at Fulphil, the Museum of the City of New York, Danish Cleantech Hub, Brooke has a varied set of passions, including urban planning, arts & culture, design, and sustainability. She resides in New York City.

She is a co-author of Build With Impact.

Maya Litvak is the Curriculum Project Manager at Fulphil and a current junior at the University of Pennsylvania studying psychology and english. She is passionate about mental health and wellness, sustainability, immigrant rights, and social justice. In the future, she hopes to attend law school.

She is the co-author of Inside Your Mind and also Your Environmental Footprint.

Brandon is a student at Emory University studying Psychology and Sociology. His passion lies in mental health and he hopes to go to law school in order to initiate policy reform in the field. In his free time he enjoys reading, second-hand shopping, journaling, and trying different teas.

He is the co-author of Let’s Talk About Diversity and contributor of Inside Your Mind.

Erin Flannery is a student at Colgate University studying International Relations and Geography. At Colgate, Erin also practices design thinking with a group known as the Innovation Fellows who serve as an advisory role on campus projects and in the surrounding local community. She is graduating in the Spring of 2023 with her B.A. and will then go on to pursue a Watson Fellowship studying refugee artisan inclusion through social entrepreneurship in Kenya, India, and Turkey. Erin has been involved with the Fulphil Team since 2021 as an intern and has co-written and collaborated on two of the cheat code books: Build with Impact and Your Sustainable Footprint.
